THE BASIC IDEA

Have you heard of a flash mob?  A group of people who show up at a predetermined location all at once, perform a dance, and have a blast?  Well, similarly, a cash mob is a group of people who show up at a predetermined business all at once, no dance moves needed -- just spend some money and have a good time getting goods that do good by supporting locally owned businesses which in turn strengthens our very own economy!

We SHERWOOD love you to Join the movement to support locally owned businesses. It's up to us to keep our green local and make a positive impact on our economy. These mom-and-pops depend on consumer support and our community depends on these mom-and-pops.   "When we each do a little, we all do a lot!"


RULES ARE EASY
  1. SHOW UP!  And bring your friends! Each month we will gather to support a different locally owned business. We suggest coming with $20 bucks in hand, give or take.  All mobs will be announced no more than 48 hours in advance on the Cash Mob Sherwood facebook page and Hit List here on this website.

  2. BE SAFE!  Please consider courtesy and safety such as car pooling with friends and coming prepared in advance to find proper parking as each location and their amenities will vary respectively.
  3. HAVE FUN!
